Technical Inside Sales Engineer (m/f/d) - Austria

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Inside Sales Engineer (m/f/d) with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen to join our office-based commercial operations team.

In this role, you will develop tailored solutions for customers and partners across industrial and specialized applications. You will act as a product specialist and will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and other technical functions at the site to deliver customer-focused solutions and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• •Support of the defined clientele in the office.
• •Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals.
• •Cost calculation, if necessary in cooperation with the relevant departments.
• •Technical and commercial preparation of offers.
• •Order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order).
• •And any other duties can be assigned.

Requirements

• •Bacheolor Degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
• •At least 2-3 years of Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role such as inside Sales Representative.
• •Fluent English skills manadatory, (German or French is advantage).
• •Excellent communication skills.
• •Strong technician acumen and analytical thinking.
• •SAP knowledge Experience in dealing with common MS Office applications.

• For this position, the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal technology industry stipulates a minimum gross salary of € 3.082,93 based on a 38,5-hour work week. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
• Compensation above the minimum may be considered based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant professional experience, and the specific skills and responsibilities required for the role.

The pay range for this role is 4.550,33 € - 6.815,81 € per month.
