Technical Lead Agentic AI - Senior System Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Design and develop Agentic AI solutions / AI agents
• •Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering team
• •Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
• •Build and integrate LLM-based applications
• •Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• •Define architecture and best practices for AI development
• •Review code and guide team on implementation

Required Skills:

• •Strong experience in AI/ML and LLM-based applications
• •Good knowledge of Python, APIs, and system design
• •Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering
• •Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc.
• •Experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• •Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• •Experience with MLOps / model deployment
• •Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• •Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
