Your Role

As a Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while guiding development teams through the complete software development lifecycle. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions leveraging Python, React, and AWS technologies.

In this role, you will:

• •Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• •Drive technical architecture, design decisions, and development best practices.
• •Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.
• •Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.
• •Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• •Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• •Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution estimations.
• •Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices to streamline software delivery.

Your Profile

• •8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• •Strong hands-on experience in Python application development.
• •Extensive experience in React and modern frontend development frameworks.
• •Solid experience in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• •Proven experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.
• •Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and microservices.
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
