Technical Lead

Technical Lead is the key person who will be leading a team of 10 developers, and will be responsible for driving the entire development for product releases across EMR / SPOT products of HealthPlix.

Some of the key responsibilities of this candidate are:

• •Design/Development of new Features in the Product.
• •Assign and Manage Issues/Tasks.
• •Conduct Standups.
• •Leading Sprint Planning.
• •Lead by example, Should be actively involved in Coding.

We like those candidates who have these skills:

• •Recommended to have 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• •Backend Development in php , python
• •Frontend Development in Vanilla JS and React JS.
• •Good knowledge about Mobile Development.
• •Extensive experience on Linux.
• •At least lead a team of 7-8 members for sometime, and enjoy doing so.
• •Good knowledge in design patterns.
• •Extensive experience working with MySQL.
• •Experience with Release management.
• •Product Architecture Experience from both Web and Mobile fronts.
• •Test-Driven Development.
• •Good with Data Structures / Dynamic Programming.

We don’t care if:

You are from Tier 1 college or not.

Bonus if you have:

• •Build your own projects which are live and have users.
• •Contribute to open-source Github repositories.
