Role Overview

CommerceIQ is looking for a Technical Lead – IT Systems & Asset Management to own and lead corporate IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, identity, IT assets, enterprise applications, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.

Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and disposal.

Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access management .

Administer enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.

Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance .

Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs .

Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, and technology evaluations.

Define IT processes, SLAs, documentation, and operational standards.

Act as the technical escalation point for complex IT issues.

Mentor IT engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

10–12 years of experience in IT Systems Administration / IT Operations .

Strong Windows/macOS administration and troubleshooting experience.

Hands-on experience with MDM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security .

Strong IT Asset and SaaS License Management experience.

Good knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise IT systems.

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar ITSM tools .

Strong scripting/automation skills.

Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / IT compliance is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
