Technical Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Operations Lead based in Switzerland.

• This is a hands-on technical operations role focused on turning operational problems into scalable systems, automations, and repeatable processes.
• You will own projects end to end, from identifying what needs to exist and defining the solution to building, launching, documenting, and embedding it within the organization.
• The work spans CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, AI-enabled processes, and internal product development.
• You will operate with significant autonomy, often receiving an outcome or business problem rather than a fully defined specification.
• The environment is fast-moving and highly asynchronous, with minimal meetings and a strong bias toward practical execution and shipping.
• You will work across operations, sales, account management, leadership, and development teams to improve how work gets done.
• The ideal person combines technical curiosity, strong systems thinking, hands-on building ability, and the judgment to make things stick long after launch.
