About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

核心职责

产品路线图与需求定义 ：基于产品架构拆解Phase 1里程碑，输出Feature List与Sprint规划；编写User Stories（INVEST原则），定义清晰的验收标准，驱动工程团队交付 竞品分析与差异化策略 ：持续追踪AI API聚合与路由赛道竞品动态，输出竞品周报与差异化对策，确保产品策略领先 客户方案设计与落地 ：深入客户AI调用场景，设计最优路由策略与定价配置方案；帮助客户快速完成技术接入与迁移，排查技术问题，用数据驱动签约决策 POC交付与客户成功 ：协助客户完成概念验证，为合规与数据主权需求设计解决方案，定制行业场景配置，产出可对外引用的成功案例 开发者体验与文档体系 ：搭建开发者文档站（Quick Start/API Reference/SDK Guide/Best Practices），维护SDK及接入示例与行业场景Demo，确保开发者流畅接入体验 开发者社区与增长 ：运营开发者社区、响应GitHub Issues、输出技术内容（博客/教程），追踪开发者增长指标 数据驱动产品迭代 ：定义核心产品指标，通过数据洞察驱动产品决策与优先级调整

硬性要求

• •3年+产品经理或Solutions Engineer经验， 有AI/开发者工具/SaaS/Cloud/API产品经验
• •技术深度足以主导客户方案 ：精通Python，熟悉OpenAI SDK/API集成，能5分钟帮客户完成接入，理解LLM API生态（OpenAI/Anthropic/Google/国产模型）
• •能写代码、能写文档 ：不是纯PPT产品经理，能写SDK示例代码、能写开发者文档、能做Quick Start Guide
• •有B2B客户对接经验，能把技术方案讲给CTO听、把ROI讲给CFO听
• •良好的英文能力（文档/方案/社区面向全球客户和开发者）

• •有AI API聚合器/路由产品经验—— 最理想：在类似产品做过PM
• •有LLM应用开发经验（RAG/Agent/Function Calling）
• •有客户方案设计或开发者增长相关岗位经验
• •有Stripe/支付系统集成经验
• •开源项目贡献者或技术博客作者
• •GitHub 200+ followers或技术社区有影响力
