• As a Technical Product Owner II here at Honeywell, you will lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Owners, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring a cohesive approach to product development. Your strategic influence will extend to driving innovation within the product management function, identifying opportunities for technological advancements, and actively participating in strategic decision-making to shape the overall direction of the Technical Product Owner team.

• •Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
• •Drive the development of technical specifications and ensure alignment with overall product strategy
• •Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle
• •Work closely with the Technical Product Owner Manager to ensure timely and successful product delivery
• •Actively participate in product planning and roadmap discussions

• Qualifications
• YOU MUST HAVE

• •2+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner management role or similar technical leadership position
• •Mastery understanding of software development methodologies and processes
• •Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles
• •Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams

• •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
• •Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
