Senior technology product owner (15+ years) with strong understanding of technology platforms and enterprise delivery within NatWest, responsible for translating Business intent into a prioritised, delivery‑ready backlog. Core responsibilities and skills:

Owns the technology product backlog for ECDF, ensuring alignment to People Business outcomes, HR policy, and Digital X principles.

Deep familiarity with NWG internal ecosystem including Workday (HCM/Talent), corporate SSO (Active Directory, PingFederate), security policies, and CTO / CDIO design governance.

Experience operating within NWG assurance processes: DPIA/GDPR, records management, security risk assessment, change freeze calendars, and design board submissions.

Acts as the on‑shore bridge between UK stakeholders (People Business, PeopleTech, Digital X, Architecture, Security) and the India‑based build teams.

Able to make in‑flight prioritisation decisions balancing experience, risk, governance, and delivery pace.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable operating with senior HR leaders, architects, and engineering teams.

Cloud‑native mindset with hands‑on understanding of AWS‑based application architectures, APIs, and integration patterns in a regulated environment.

Experience working in agile product teams, partnering closely with Scrum Master and Solution Architect to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.

Prior experience delivering enterprise platforms or organisation‑wide tooling is strongly preferred.
