Technical Program Manager III, Annapurna Labs, Advanced Packaging Solutions

APS is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end product readiness for future ML package designs. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs from definition through delivery, partnering with external vendors and internal engineering, supply chain, and operations teams. You will own program strategy, execution plans, and stakeholder alignment for initiatives that develop, qualify, and implement solutions for future hardware.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with engineering and operations.
• •Own the end-to-end program plan, including dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• •Drive regular program reviews; surface blockers to leadership with clear recommendations and data to support decisions.
• •Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple vendors and Annapurna engineering teams to align priorities and secure commitments.
• •Partner with engineering leaders to decompose ambiguous, multi-year initiatives into phased delivery plans with measurable checkpoints.
• •Establish and maintain program governance mechanisms — operating rhythms, decision logs, and status reporting — that scale as the program grows.
• •Influence technical direction by synthesizing trade-offs across engineering, operations, and business constraints without direct authority.
• •Lead post-launch reviews; identify lessons learned and drive adoption of improvements across the organization.

• A day in the life
• You start your morning reviewing program metrics and identifying areas that need attention. By mid-morning, you are facilitating a design review with engineering partners, probing architectural trade-offs and aligning on next steps. After lunch, you draft a program update narrative for leadership, distilling weeks of cross-team progress into a clear story. Later, you connect with a partner team to resolve a dependency that could affect your timeline, then wrap up by mentoring a teammate preparing for their next career milestone.

• Advanced Packaging Solutions (APS) owns developing and delivering the package solutions for next generation ML hardware.

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of technical program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional hardware programs.
• - Experience managing programs with significant ambiguity across multiple engineering teams or organizations.
• - Demonstrated ability to write clear, data-driven documents, including design requirements, project/program plans, and project/program status.
• - Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating program risks that span organizational boundaries.
• - Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience in package development, especially through an ODM/OEM model.
• - Experience driving programs that required decisions in partnership with senior engineers.
• - Track record of delivering multi-year programs on schedule with global deployment.
• - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
