We are looking for a technically strong Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, multi-functional programs in Storage, Backup & Restore, and Infrastructure Platforms. This role involves owning program strategy, roadmap, execution, dependencies, risks, and customer alignment. The TPM will partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with hands-on infrastructure knowledge. This enables them to understand technical trade-offs, drive decisions, remove execution blockers, and translate complex engineering work into clear business and leadership outcomes.

What you will be doing:

• •Own end-to-end program delivery, including strategy, roadmap, achievements, success criteria, governance, and execution.
• •Drive multi-functional execution across Storage, Backup, Restore, and Platform teams, handling dependencies and interfaces.
• •Provide technical program leadership, understanding architecture and trade-offs, facilitating decisions, challenging assumptions, and removing execution blockers.
• •Handle risks and customer concerns, proactively identifying issues, driving mitigation, and ensuring timely resolution.
• •Drive partner alignment, translating complex technical progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes for engineering and senior leadership.
• •Establish objectives and key results, program metrics and governance to provide clear insight into delivery health, dependencies, and outcomes.
• •Ensure operational readiness, including reliability, security, DR, data protection, migration, capacity, and support requirements.
• •Find opportunities for automation, simplification, cost optimization, and operational improvement.

What we need to see:

• •Bachelor's/Master's degree or similar background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related practical experience.
• •12+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure engineering, or similar technical leadership roles.
• •Solid grasp of enterprise infrastructure, including storage, backup/restore, DR, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation.
• •Demonstrable ability leading complex programs across multiple engineering teams, handling technical dependencies, and delivering outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• •Demonstrable ability influencing without authority, facilitating technical decisions, and communicating effectively with engineers, architects, and senior leaders.
• •Experience with program governance and tools such as Jira/Jira Align, Confluence, Agile methodologies, or equivalent.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• •Experience with enterprise storage/data protection platforms such as NetApp, Pure, VAST, Cohesity, NetBackup, Veeam, or equivalent is preferred.
• •Track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, reliability, automation, capacity, or operational efficiency.
• •Experience handling vendors, POCs, technology evaluations, or platform modernization initiatives.
• •PMP, PgMP, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent certification is a plus.
