The Technical Project Manager is responsible for IT project implementation across multiple interdependent software applications and projects within a program. Part Project manager and part Technical Product Owner; the role involves managing the entire technical project lifecycle from initial ideation, through software design/development to daily operational management/support.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• •Define requirements with business, functional and technology partners
• •Shape multi-year project strategy to deliver expected outcomes
• •Set project execution methods and management practices
• •Build internal and external teams based on scope, budget and timeline
• •Manage daily execution across multiple interdependent projects
• •Coordinate project delivery and track shared outcomes
• •Remove roadblocks and manage dependencies across teams
• •Manage risks, scope changes and non-standard project events
• •Communicate progress to stakeholders, leaders and executives
• •Ensure deliverables meet quality and stakeholder expectations
• •Track benefits, service levels, customer satisfaction and lessons learned
• •Complete financial reviews and maintain budget tracking

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, with strong relevant experience
• •Proven ability to deliver business value through project management
• •Knowledge of project and portfolio management methods
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Change-oriented and able to balance competing priorities
