  • Manager (m/f/d) As a Technical Real Estate Manager, you will play a
  • key role in establishing and managing Facility Management services for
  • ESMC’s office environment. You will be responsible for selecting,
  • implementing, and managing external service providers while ensuring
  • high-quality workplace services and positive employee experience. You
  • will be part of ESMC’s Facility Management team, supporting the
  • development and management of workplace and facility services across
  • ESMC’s growing operations in Dresden.D Tasks Service Provider
  • Management: Manage the selection, tendering, and implementation of
  • Facility Management service providers. Lead contract negotiations in
  • close collaboration with internal stakeholders and procurement teams.
  • Manage and monitor service contracts throughout their lifecycle. Track
  • service provider performance using defined KPIs and Service Level
  • Agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular performance reviews and
  • coordination meetings with service providers. Manage escalations and
  • ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. Facility
  • Management Operations: Oversee and coordinate facility-related
  • services, including: Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping and gardening
  • services. Waste and Parking as well as Office space and meeting room
  • management Ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of
  • workplace satisfaction. Technical Coordination: Maintain a solid
  • understanding of building infrastructure and technical systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding
  • facility-related technical topics. Support the operation and
  • maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, water,
  • and building automation systems. Process Development: Support the
  • establishment and continuous improvement of Facility Management
  • processes and service structures. Contribute to the development of
  • service standards, performance monitoring, and operational best
  • practices. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and user
  • experience. Profile Degree in Facility Management, Building Services
  • Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of
  • experience in Facility Management or a similar environment Experience
  • managing external service providers and service contracts Experience
  • in office building operations and workplace services Technical
  • understanding of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, water, or
  • building automation systems Fluent German and English skills We offer
