• The role combines proactive talent sourcing with contract labor category mapping, workforce planning, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• You will help build staffing strategies for new proposals and rapidly identify qualified professionals for critical program needs.
• A strong focus on military aviation, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and government contracting will help you navigate specialized talent markets.
