Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by coordinating people, schedules, and customer needs? We're looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences across the United States and Canada.

As part of the collaborative Technical Service Coordination team, you'll be responsible for scheduling on-site service appointments, supporting Field Service Representatives, and ensuring customer information, documentation, and invoicing are handled accurately from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule on-site service visits with customers and Field Service Representatives primarily through email, with phone communication as needed.
  • Collect, review, and maintain customer documentation required for service appointments.
  • Manage work orders, customer records, and service activity within Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Build and maintain weekly technician schedules while proactively communicating updates and changes.
  • Process service orders, purchase orders, payments, and invoicing activities.
  • Partner with Business Development and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support Accounts Receivable by assisting with billing inquiries and collection-related issues.
  • Help ensure services are accurately scheduled, documented, and completed on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional, customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
