To carry out analytical works and application test on samples.

To handle analytical instruments.

To assist in product development or process improvement projects.

To be involved in raw material preparation and housekeeping of the laboratory.

To assist plant troubleshooting and quality control.

To prepare samples required to be sent out and to keep proper records.

To ensure that all safety equipment is available for use.

To promote safety awareness for zero accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.

To assist in performing product sensory evaluation.

Job Requirement:

Education: Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.

Skills: Familiar with laboratories works and administration works.

Technical Competencies: Working knowledge of laboratory methods, materials, and analytical techniques, Capability to perform routine analysis, sample preparation, and record results accurately and Basic understanding of laboratory safety, hygiene, and ESH practices
