Your Role

• •Create, revise, validate, and maintain technical publications in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
• •Interpret engineering source data, drawings, specifications, service bulletins, and engineering change requests.
• •Author and update technical documentation using approved authoring tools and structured authoring methodologies.
• •Perform publication impact assessments and implement engineering changes accurately.
• •Conduct self-reviews and peer reviews to ensure first-time-right quality delivery.
• •Support publication planning, estimation, workload management, and delivery commitments.
• •Resolve technical queries through collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• •Maintain document traceability, configuration control, and compliance with customer standards.
• •Participate in process improvement, automation, productivity, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• •Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.

Your Profile

• •2 to 6 years of experience in Technical Publications / Technical Authoring.
• •Strong understanding of the Technical Publications lifecycle and documentation processes.
• •Experience with authoring and publishing tools such as Arbortext Editor, FrameMaker, Contenta, SAP, or similar tools.
• •Working knowledge of XML/SGML structured authoring concepts.
• •Familiarity with aerospace documentation standards such as S1000D, ATA/iSpec2200, ASD-STE100, or equivalent customer standards.
• •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and source data.
• •Experience in configuration management, engineering change implementation, and impact analysis.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Experience in mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
• •BE/B.Tech (Aerospace/Aeronautical) or AME (Avionics/Mechanical) preferred.
• •Experience in aerospace technical documentation is an advantage.
