Role and Responsibilities

- Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.

- Performs set up of processing equipment.

- Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.

- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Qualification:

- High Diploma Graduation

- At least 5 years experiences in optic or electronic company

- Understand manufacturing process especially on die bond machine, auto alignment machine or 3D soldering machine, wire bond, lid seal, Tester, Burn in

- Understand system and concept

- Understand yield monitoring, yield improvement and kaizen concept

- Understand on problem solving with engineering sense
