Ihr Potential

  • Planung, Berechnung und Abwicklung von Gebäudetechnikprojekten (HKLS)
  • Koordination interner und externer Projektabläufe
  • Entwicklung nachhaltiger. wirtschaftlicher und technischer Lösungen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit BIM-gestützten Planungsmethoden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (z.B. FH-Technikum)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung HKLS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office & Planungssoftware (z.B. Plancal, ABK)
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigenverantwortung

Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 30 Wochenstunden bis Vollzeit, in der Rahmenarbeitszeit 08:00 Uhr - 18:00 Uhr, nach Absprache

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Stelle beträgt 3.349,00 € brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Natürlich mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
