• Summary:
• As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement architectural changes that enhance overall system efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the technology architecture aligns with business goals and industry standards, while also mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME.
• - Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
• - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.
• - Experience in managing large-scale SAP environments.
• - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• - This position is based at our Pune office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
