En JLL buscamos un Analista de Sistemas que participe en la implementación y soporte de plataformas tecnológicas líderes en la industria, proporcionando soluciones integrales a nuestros clientes. Esta posición será clave para apoyar a los equipos operativos y clientes en la adopción y uso eficiente de herramientas tecnológicas, actuando como enlace entre las necesidades del negocio y las soluciones disponibles.

Responsabilidades:

• •Brindar soporte proactivo a los equipos operativos en el uso de sistemas, anticipando necesidades y documentando procesos, lineamientos y soluciones.
• •Implementar, configurar, monitorear y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas tecnológicas del portafolio de JLL.
• •Actuar como principal punto de contacto para equipos de cuenta y clientes en temas relacionados con sistemas, soporte y requerimientos tecnológicos.
• •Elaborar reportes periódicos y bajo demanda sobre indicadores operativos y niveles de servicio.
• •Identificar soluciones para nuevas necesidades de negocio utilizando las capacidades de los sistemas existentes.
• •Configurar, documentar e implementar mejoras y soluciones tecnológicas.
• •Impartir capacitaciones y entrenamientos sobre el uso de sistemas, incluyendo sesiones presenciales con clientes cuando sea necesario.
• •Administrar y mantener actualizada la documentación de sistemas y procesos de usuario.

Requisitos indispensables:

• •Licenciatura concluida en áreas relacionadas con Tecnología.
• •Inglés avanzado.
• •Experiencia en administración y soporte de sistemas.
• •Manejo avanzado de MS Office.
• •Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas con enfoque en datos.
• •Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita orientada al servicio al cliente.
• •Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y proactiva.

Requisitos deseables:

• •Español avanzado.
• •Conocimiento o experiencia en plataformas CMMS e IWMS, especialmente Corrigo.
• •Conocimientos en desarrollo, Business Intelligence o bases de datos.
• •Experiencia colaborando con diferentes áreas de negocio para levantamiento de requerimientos.
