Atender los pedidos de muestreo de los concentrados en tiempo y forma coordinando los recursos para su uso óptimo y asegurando el cumplimiento a los procedimientos establecidos.
FUNCIONES :
Realizar la determinación de humedades de las muestras.
Reportar las horas de encendido y apagado de los hornos
Coordinar con los Certificadores, para reportar las humedades,
Verificar que las muestras de calidad provenientes de los hornos estén completas y no contaminadas.
Asegurar que el material sea tamizado por malla 30
Realizar el proceso de pulverizado a fin de conseguir la granulometría adecuada para el análisis químico según el instructivo establecido.
Ingresar los datos al formato de muestras pulverizados para llevar el control diario de las mismas.
Realizar la supervisión en laboratorios externos informando a tiempo cualquier anomalía en los procesos.
REQUISITOS:
Ingeniería química, metalúrgica o afín.
