Tele Caller

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, client interaction, and relationship management .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, professionals, and potential clients over the phone and have a strong interest in sales and business development.

• Key Responsibilities
• •Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• •Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and other channels.
• •Understand client requirements and explain our products/services clearly.
• •Handle B2B sales conversations and convert prospects into clients.
• •Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients.
• •Build and maintain strong client relationships .
• •Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations when required.
• •Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• •Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
• •Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth client onboarding.
• •Handle client queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

Requirements

Excellent communication and conversation skills .Good Hindi and English communication.Confident and persuasive approach to sales.Ability to handle cold calls and objections professionally.Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.Customer-focused attitude.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
