About the role – We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to engage prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and provide exceptional service. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in outbound calling and client relationship building.

Key responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads and scripts.

Qualify prospects, capture accurate information, and schedule follow‑up appointments.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address inquiries and overcome objections.

Achieve daily and weekly call volume, conversion, and lead generation targets.

Record call outcomes and update CRM systems promptly and accurately.

Provide courteous, solution‑focused customer service during all interactions.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Required qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.

Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or lead management tools.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Motivation to meet or exceed performance metrics.

High school diploma or equivalent; any additional education is a plus.

Nice to have

Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or customer service.
