This is a ground-floor opportunity for a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to help shape the future of virtual care in the longevity and peptide therapy space. You will provide high-quality care to patients through synchronous video visits, asynchronous communication, or a combination of both. The role combines hands-on clinical practice with the opportunity to influence emerging clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery models. You will assess, diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatments while providing clear, compassionate, and evidence-informed guidance. The position is well suited to clinicians who are comfortable working independently in an evolving treatment area and eager to contribute to a growing telehealth program.
