• Telemetry Technician – Trinity Health Oakland
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Location: Trinity Health Oakland, Michigan
• What You Will Do
• As a Telemetry Technician, you will play a vital role in patient care by supporting nursing staff and ensuring accurate cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include:
• •Monitoring cardiac rhythms and telemetry for patients.
• •Providing leadership and professional support in telemetry monitoring activities.
• •Collaborating with nursing leadership to standardize arrhythmia management and non-invasive cardiology testing.
• •Participating in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement clinical standards of care for monitored patients.
• •Promoting exceptional customer service and organizational values.
• What You Will Need
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• •Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• •One of the following:
• •Completion of a Cardiac Monitoring program.
• •Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) through CCI.
• •OR 2 years of related experience in lieu of certification.
• •Preferred: State of Michigan Paramedic license.
