Come Grow with Us! Forsite is actively looking for a Temporary Contract Records Coordinator to join our Corporate Team. This is a temporary, on-site position based in Conroe, TX, supporting a focused contract-organization project for our corporate offices. What You Will Do

Locate and collect all existing contracts from current storage locations (paper, email, shared drives, etc.)

Consolidate all contracts into a single, well-organized OneDrive folder using a clear, consistent file structure

Review each contract and extract key details, including parties, effective and expiration dates, rates, term length, and renewal or termination provisions

Record extracted contract information accurately into the provided cataloging worksheet

Identify and flag missing, incomplete, expired, or soon-to-expire contracts for follow-up

Maintain strict confidentiality of contract and business information

What You’ll Need

Must have:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft OneDrive, Excel, and Word

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to read, interpret, and accurately summarize contract terms

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
