What You'll Be Doing

• •Lead daily terminal operations, including bulk material handling, inventory control, and truck loading activities.
• •Supervise, coach, and engage employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• •Coordinate incoming material deliveries, monitor silo inventories, and maintain operational records.
• •Partner with customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely service.
• •Support equipment reliability through inspections, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and site upkeep.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• •Demonstrated ability to lead teams and create a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
• •Strong operational judgment with the ability to prioritize activities, respond effectively to changing needs, and diagnose and assist in resolving operational issues to ensure business continuity.
• •Mechanical, electrical, fabrication, or industrial maintenance aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, support minor repairs, and help develop the technical capabilities of terminal employees.
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills with employees, customers, vendors, and internal partners.
• •Ability to monitor inventory, interpret operational information, and maintain accurate records.
• •Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Work Environment

• •Primarily based at a bulk cement terminal with regular exposure to industrial equipment, truck traffic, and outdoor working conditions.
• •Requires occasional walking, climbing, and inspection of operational areas.
• •May require flexibility in work hours to support terminal operations, vessel schedules, and business needs.
• •Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
