As a Territory Manager, you will drive commercial performance across an assigned territory while building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and business performance within a specialized therapeutic portfolio. The role combines strategic territory planning, customer engagement, education, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll operate within a complex pharmaceutical and regulatory environment where scientific expertise and commercial judgment are essential. The position is field-based and requires autonomy, strong organization, and the ability to manage initiatives with limited oversight. You’ll also contribute to educational activities and represent the organization at medical meetings and industry conferences.
