Job Details
We are looking for a Territory Manager to cover South-West Germany (Postal Code Regions 7, 8, 9 and part of 0)
Ready to Take on a Market Development Challenge?
At Haemonetics, we help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes through innovative blood management and haemostasis solutions that support safer surgeries, optimise coagulation management and reduce unnecessary blood transfusions.
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our Cell Saver® and Haemostasis Management portfolio, across South-West Germany.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on competition, enjoys opening doors in complex hospital environments and is motivated by the challenge of winning business in markets where established practices and strong competitors already exist.
You'll work across cardiovascular surgery, trauma, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, neurology and laboratory medicine, engaging with clinicians, procurement teams, hospital leadership and executive decision-makers to drive the adoption of technologies that make a measurable impact on patient care.
Success in this role requires a highly consultative approach. You'll challenge existing practices, build advocacy among key stakeholders and demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of our solutions to help establish Haemonetics technologies as a standard of care within your territory.
What You'll Do
As the owner of your territory, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to grow revenue, expand market share and secure new business opportunities.
You will identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, from clinicians and department heads through to procurement and C-suite leaders. Working closely with Clinical Specialists and cross-functional teams, you'll drive product evaluations, clinical assessments and customer education programmes that support technology adoption and long-term account growth.
A significant part of the role will involve prospecting, pipeline development and competitive conversions. You'll be expected to uncover opportunities, challenge incumbent suppliers and create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of Cell Saver® and Haemostasis Management solutions.
You'll also act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate evolving clinical and economic pressures while providing valuable market feedback to Sales, Marketing and R&D teams.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a resilient and commercially minded sales professional with a passion for winning business and developing new opportunities.
You will bring:
- A proven track record of success in medical device sales
- Experience selling capital equipment and clinically complex solutions
- Strong strategic selling and account management capabilities
- Experience navigating acute care hospital environments and multiple stakeholder groups
- The ability to influence both clinical and executive audiences
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
- A proactive mindset, strong business acumen and a hunger to grow market share
- The confidence to compete in challenging environments and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
Why Join Haemonetics?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important territory with significant growth potential. You'll work with innovative technologies that directly impact patient outcomes while enjoying the autonomy to shape your business, develop winning strategies and make a visible contribution to the success of the organisation.
If you're energised by the challenge of competing in a dynamic market, building new business and influencing clinical practice, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Haemonetics and help redefine Patient Blood Management and Haemostasis Management across South-West Germany.
