We need a Test Automation Sof tware Engineer to transform the way we execute quality assurance.

You’ll be responsible for understanding system functionality and test cases in-depth to design, implement, and advance sof tware test automation capability. You’ll analyze existing test automation sof tware against the latest industry advancements in technology to design and recommend new solutions. You’ll determine test cases and rapidly implement sof tware to improve automated coverage as a sof tware engineer in testing. You’ll operationalize automation across a team of developers, manual testers, and automated testers.

You Have:

2+ years of experience with test frameworks, including Selenium or Playwright, and test automation in CI / CD, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions

2+ years of experience fielding production systems on web application development teams

2+ years of experience with programming, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or .NET

2+ years of experience with Agile development tools, including Git, Jira, or Wikis

Experience with sof tware engineering and quality assurance of complex web applications

Experience with web-based user interfaces, REST APIs, and databases

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with SQL, Windows Server, IIS, Containers, and Linux

Experience with DevSecOps and GitOps

Experience with security tools, including GitHub CodeQL or Static Code Analysis

Knowledge of complex web-based application functions, modules, integrations, or data

Ability to learn new languages and technologies, design technical solutions, make recommendations, and collaborate with testing and development teams

Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
