Team Overview:

• Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) is a sub-line of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). EIT is responsible for developing consistent and coherent analytical tools and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management, and reporting across Bank of America. EIT partners with the Lines of Business and Enterprise function to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, EIT drives innovation, process improvement, and automation.
• EIT is transforming the way testing is built and executed through digital transformation, automation, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies. EIT carries a portfolio of 8,000+ tests and has a global footprint of testing professionals across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, as well as Global Business Services (GBS) associates.

Job Description:

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) serves as the enterprise utility for independent testing across the Bank's end-to-end processes, controls, and risk management programs.

This role supports the design and execution of risk-based testing strategies that provide insights into process effectiveness, control performance, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The position partners closely with business leaders, process owners, risk managers, and compliance professionals to identify risks, evaluate controls, and drive continuous process improvement.

Successful candidates will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen, process management experience, and the ability to translate data into meaningful risk and operational insights.

Responsibilities:

• •Embodies EIT core skills: critical thinking, decisiveness, enterprise mindset, proactivity, project management, risk management, adaptability, collaboration, customer and client focus, effective written and verbal communication, and control rigor and discipline
• •Partner with business, risk, and control stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, risks, controls, and performance outcomes.
• •Design and execute testing methodologies that evaluate process effectiveness, control performance, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• •Support the ongoing enhancement of testing methodologies, monitoring capabilities, and reporting frameworks.
• •Partner with data and technology teams to leverage automation and analytics capabilities where appropriate.
• •Contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Required Education & Experience:

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in fields including, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• •2 Years of relevant work experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$64,100.00 - $109,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
