Test Diagnosis - Systems Triage Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Test Diagnosis & Systems Triage Analyst to support the validation and continuous improvement of complex software and autonomous systems. This role focuses on identifying, diagnosing, and communicating system failures through deep log analysis, telemetry interpretation, defect triage, and root-cause investigation. Key Responsibilities

Analyze execution traces, telemetry streams, system logs, and failure reports to identify root causes of regressions and system issues.

Investigate complex software behaviors and isolate configuration gaps, defect patterns, and failure triggers.

Interpret test scenarios, specifications, and validation objectives to understand intended system behavior and testing goals.

Perform triage activities for defects identified during validation, simulation, and testing cycles.

Develop clear, concise, and data-driven defect reports for software engineering teams.

Strong understanding of complex software and distributed system architectures.

Ability to parse execution traces, analyze telemetry data, and decode error messages.

Experience identifying configuration gaps, software regressions, and system behavior anomalies through log analysis.

Ability to understand testing objectives and translate requirements into diagnostic investigations.
