PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting The Lodges front desk with administrative functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Nightly reconciliation of previous day’s business
• •Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
• •Check guests in and out and assist with any requests
• •Assist with General Store operations
• •Answer and assist with guest calls after hours from other Deer Valley Lodging properties
• •Assist with fire alarms and other emergencies
• •Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Must be at least 21 years old
• •Knowledge of Deer Valley Lodging properties and Park City area preferred
• •General understanding of computers and computer operating systems
• •Possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles to transport guests
• •Required to work a mix of overnight and day shifts

$23.00 per hour
