Join Our Team as a Ticketing Services Representative at The Classic Center!
Are you passionate about live events and delivering exceptional customer service? The Classic Center is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Ticketing Services Representatives! In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of our ticketing operations, ensuring patrons have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they purchase their tickets to the time they attend our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Sales: Efficiently sell event tickets for the Theatre, Akins Ford Arena, and other venues of our campus via all ticket office channels.
Customer Assistance: Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to patrons with inquiries, directions, and general information.
Online Sales Management: Proficiently handle online and mobile ticket sales, ensuring a smooth process for fans and patrons.
Event Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of all events, gift certificates, coupons, and special payment methods.
Season Tickets: Assist with renewals, returns, exchanges, and data entry for season ticket holders.
Event Support: Act as a guest services representative during events, troubleshooting ticket scanning equipment as needed.
VIP Knowledge: Inform patrons about VIP opportunities and connect them with the appropriate sales personnel.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the Ticketing Department, including inventory management and data maintenance.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is essential.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Impeccable customer service and communication skills are a must.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a basic understanding of accounting.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Flexible Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
