Take Ten Tire & Service is seeking a hands-on Tire Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. If you are an organized, dependable leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done right, we want to meet you!

As a Tire Warehouse Manager, you will keep inventory accurate, keep orders moving, keep customers taken care of, and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• •Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• •Provide direction and support to warehouse team members.
• •Assist customers with orders, sales, and payments.
• •Maintain accurate inventory and complete cycle counts.
• •Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tire-handling equipment.
• •Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed.
• •Monitor workflow and help meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• •Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to leadership.
• •Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous warehouse, automotive, tire, or distribution experience preferred.
• •Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• •Strong organizational and communication skills.
• •Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• •Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• •Ability to safely lift and move tires and warehouse materials.
• •Willingness to be a hands-on leader who works alongside the team .

Requirements

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment
• •Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• •Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices
• •Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
• •Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• •Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience required)
