The Trade & Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting daily post-trade operations by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of trade confirmation, compliance, and operational control processes. This role works closely with traders, schedulers, risk management, accounting, legal, and external counterparties to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple energy trading platforms. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with trading platforms or ERP systems is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams Preferred Knowledge Energy trading operations. Trade confirmations lifecycle. Commodity markets (Power, Gas, Environmental Products). SOX and internal control environment. Regulatory and compliance requirements related to energy trading. Experience with ETRM systems.
