• This role supports a 24/7 Risk and Trading Operations function responsible for maintaining the reliability of online sports betting platforms.
• You will help identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues across trading, marketing, customer support, and related teams.
• The position combines sports knowledge, technical troubleshooting, platform monitoring, testing, and operational quality control.
• You will review betting content, monitor pre-game and in-play markets, and help verify sports and competition configurations across environments.
• The role also involves compliance checks, market submissions, post-release testing, and coordination with external data providers.
