The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take responsibility for building and managing your own network of specialist candidates while supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

You'll:

Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates

Build and maintain strong professional relationships

Develop and manage your own network of candidates and industry professionals

Guide candidates through the recruitment process

Manage candidate pipelines and keep information accurate and organised

Develop specialist knowledge within your market

Work closely with colleagues to deliver successful recruitment solutions

Proactively identify new opportunities to grow your network and results

Build your reputation as a trusted recruitment professional
