What’s on offer?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Skid Steer Operator to join our Profiling team based in Hazelmere. As part of this role, you will be required to work weekends, nights and away from home at times. We're looking for candidates with a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.

Responsibilities will include:

• •Profiling physical duties.
• •Mobile plant operation (e.g. Bobcat, Service truck).
• •Road work construction and maintenance.
• •Safe operation near live traffic.
• •Attending toolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments and project specific data capture.

What we need from you?

• •Willingness to learn on the job.
• •A valid HC vehicle licence - advantageous
• •Previous milling/profiling experience - advantageous.
• •Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when required - essential.
• •Construction Induction card - advantageous.
• •Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
