As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Amura, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:

• •Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, and social platforms
• •Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails
• •Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the hiring managers
• •Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
• •Generating new leads through existing candidates
• •Process-specific Head Hunting
• •Following up with candidates to ensure joining
