About The Role:

Zekelman Industries is seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations in Blytheville, Arkansas and Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs that drive operational excellence, workforce development, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

What You'll Do

As a Training Coordinator, you will:

• •Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for production and operations team members.
• •Partner with facility leadership to assess training needs and identify development opportunities.
• •Collaborate with floor leads and supervisors in the ongoing evaluation and appraisal process for production employees.
• •Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• •Manage training documentation, records, and reporting.
• •Coordinate and track employee participation and progress in the Department Mastery Program (DMP) to support cross-functional versatility and workforce development.
• •Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
• •Create training materials, presentations, brochures, multimedia resources, and visual aids.
• •Deliver training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, on-the-job training, workshops, conferences, and meetings.
• •Provide performance-related feedback and training recommendations to facility leadership.
• •Support continuing education initiatives and leadership development programs.
• •Build strong working relationships across departments and levels of the organization.
• •Provide logistical support for training events, program development, delivery, and evaluation.
• •Assist in the development and execution of strategic training plans.
• •Promote and support health and safety practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• •Minimum of 3 years of training, learning and development, or workforce development experience.
• •Experience managing the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• •Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to build effective relationships with employees and leaders across the organization.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• •Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance is required.
