• This is a remote opportunity supporting the coordination and delivery of professional training programs across Brazil and Latin America.
• You will manage training logistics from scheduling through post-training follow-up, helping ensure every session runs smoothly.
• The role involves close collaboration with instructors, learners, clients, Sales, and internal teams across a global environment.
• You will maintain training data and systems, coordinate resources, and provide responsive support to participants and instructors.
• Your attention to detail will help ensure accurate records, reliable delivery, and a consistently strong customer experience.
• The position also offers opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Occasional travel may be required, while the primary work model is home-based in Brazil.
