Job Description -

New Hire Ramp

• •Design and deliver a structured onboarding track (product, personas, prospecting, objection handling)
• •Own ramp-to-productivity KPI — target: first SQL within 3 weeks of joining
• •Build live simulation exercises, not just slide decks

Floor SDR Uplift Program

• •Run weekly skill-sharpening sessions — cold call clinics, discovery drills, objection jams
• •Execute the 18-session industry refresher program (June–August 2026) across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Logistics
• •Use call recordings and conversion data to identify skill gaps and personalize coaching

Tooling & Intelligence

• •Manage and evolve the SDR Intelligence Hub (ChatGPT-powered) — prompt libraries, playbooks, objection banks
• •Track training effectiveness via pre/post assessments and pipeline impact metrics

What We're Looking For

• •3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales or SDR enablement — prior SDR experience preferred
• •Proven ability to run live training (not just create content) — call clinics, role-plays, competitive drills
• •Comfort with data: you use conversion metrics, call scores, and ramp benchmarks to prioritise where to coach
• •Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting: sequencing, cold call frameworks (AIDA, SPICED), LinkedIn outreach
• •Familiarity with HubSpot, call intelligence tools (Gong / Wingman / equivalent), and AI prompting
• •High energy, floor presence — can hold a room of SDRs and make training competitive and engaging
• •Bonus: Prior experience in HR-tech, B2B SaaS targeting SMB/MM/Enterprise, or MEA market exposure
