45Drives designs and manufactures high-performance, open-source enterprise storage solutions that help organizations worldwide efficiently manage and scale their data infrastructure.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the training of employees across both Protocase and 45Drives.

About the Opportunity

As a Training Facilitator, you’ll bring a real passion for helping people learn and grow across the company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring training is organized, effective, and actually helps people succeed—not just checked off a list.

Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments

Lead ongoing training efforts and monitor employee knowledge levels

Prepare and organize training materials and resources

Maintain accurate training records and systems

Work with teams to understand training needs and ensure programs run smoothly

Support the development and continuous improvement of training content

Track training outcomes and help improve how we train over time

• About You
• We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, adapts quickly, and has a ton of patience—someone who can simplify complex ideas and is genuinely invested in helping people learn and succeed.

Experience

Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to coordinate across teams and priorities

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively

High attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks

Experience with Microsoft Office and data tracking

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset

Comfort level in learning to use a rapidly evolving set of tools for training including AI-based applications

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Besides a total compensation package ranging between $52,136 – $60,237 USD per annum (based on experience, including performance incentives), we offer the following benefits:
