Transaction Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transaction Coordinator based in Brazil.

• This remote contract role supports real estate acquisitions and dispositions through the settlement process.
• You will coordinate transactions from contract through closing, keeping files accurate and timelines on track.
• The role combines customer communication, contract administration, title coordination, and property marketing support.
• You’ll work closely with title companies, construction teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, expanding real estate operation serving markets across the United States.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST, with compensation of $10–$15 USD per hour.
