Transformation Manager

About the Role

• As a Transformation Manager, you will drive A1 Macedonia's strategic transformation agenda by turning business priorities into measurable results. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, business process transformation, AI adoption, automation, and organizational change programs, ensuring effective execution, governance, and benefits realization.
• Acting as the link between strategy and execution, you will work closely with business leaders and executive management to accelerate transformation, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver sustainable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Transformation Management
• •Lead strategic transformation initiatives from planning to implementation.
• •Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• •Drive governance processes, reporting, and decision-making forums.
• •Ensure delivery of agreed objectives and benefits.
• Business Improvement & AI Enablement
• •Lead process redesign and optimization initiatives.
• •Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, digitalization, and simplification.
• •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to redesign ways of working and enhance customer and employee experience.
• •Support business teams in identifying and scaling AI-driven use cases.
• Stakeholder & Portfolio Management
• •Coordinate initiative owners and key stakeholders across the organization.
• •Prepare executive presentations, performance reviews, and portfolio updates.
• •Drive accountability, transparency, and execution discipline.
• Performance & Value Realization
• •Track KPIs, milestones, and benefits against business cases.
• •Maintain transformation dashboards and portfolio reporting.
• •Recommend corrective actions when initiatives deviate from targets.

Your Profile

• •University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• •2+ years of experience in transformation, project/program management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• •Understanding of AI, automation, digital technologies, and their business application.
• •Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• •Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• •Strong ownership, execution focus, and results orientation.
