Transparency Analyst (Fixed Term-1 Year)

Join Stryker’s Global Transparency Reporting team as a Transparency Analyst, supporting accurate and compliant reporting of business guest and transfer-of-value data. In this role, you will review transactions, analyze large data sets, resolve reporting discrepancies, and maintain documentation that supports U.S. transparency reporting requirements and internal controls.

What you will do

• •Review and remediate high-risk payments to support compliance with U.S. transparency regulations and internal controls.
• •Validate reportable spend data for accuracy and completeness and identify non-reportable transactions.
• •Investigate healthcare professional attendee records in expense reports and determine whether transactions meet reporting requirements.
• •Compile, organize, and analyze large volumes of data across multiple electronic systems for transparency reporting.
• •Prepare statistical and compliance reports, resolve data discrepancies, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• •Train and guide expense reporting system users on the correct reporting of healthcare professional attendees and applicable procedures.
• •Maintain accurate documentation of remediation activities to support compliance and audit requirements.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve data quality and streamline transparency reporting processes.

What you will need

Required

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, supplier master data, transparency reporting, or a related area.
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• •Experience with U.S. healthcare transparency regulations, including the Sunshine Act and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Open Payments.
• •Experience using systems such as Concur, MedPro, Solix, or similar expense management, healthcare data, or transparency reporting platforms.
