Für einen unserer Kunden am Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir in Vollzeit eine/n

Mitarbeiter Wareneingang / Dispatcher (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen u.a.:

  • Zentrale Koordination und Steuerung aller LKW-Verkehre
  • Prüfen und Erfassen von Liefer- und Frachtpapieren
  • Überwachung zur Zugangskontrolle
  • IT-gestützte Erstellung und Verwaltung von Wareneingängen und Versandpapieren
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Sonder- und Ausnahmevorgängen
  • Erfassung, Bewertung und Kommunikation von Störungen im operativen Ablauf

Besondere Merkmale der Tätigkeit

  • allgemeine Bürotätigkeit
  • Erfassung der Lieferscheine
  • persönlicher Kontakt zu anderen Abteilungen und LKW-Fahrern
  • erhöhte Sorgfaltspflicht durch Dokumentenkontrolle im Bereich der Störfallverordnung

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

  • eine kaufmännische abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 in Deutsch)
  • zusätzliche Berufserfahrung im Speditionsgewerbe wünschenswert
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • zusätzliche Fremdsprachen-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
