What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• •Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts
• •Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
• •Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation
• •Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
• •Assignments include both routine and non-routine work
• •May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• •2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background
• •Experience in travel support roles preferred
• •English fluent – written and spoken
• •Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy
• •Basic MS Office
• •Capable of working with minimal supervision
• •Good travel industry knowledge
• •Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred
